Items were delivered to someone else and I need a refund
My package was delivered by Royal Mail next door to my house and left in a safe place. Another person I do not know, found the package and thought it was a mistake and so contacted pretty little thing and was instructed to return the package.
They returned the package to their Bradford address so I never received the package and I have been trying to get refunded for this since November 2023. I contacted customer service on Nov 21, two weeks after my order was placed so they could begin investigation. It was after they returned the package I realised they mistakenly received it. They do not have tracking as it was returned via post office stamps.
Therefore I am without the items and also standing the monetary loss.
The total for the items was £75 via Klarna.
Klarna has said that Pretty little thing has not updated them on the matter and so they have added additional fees to my case.
Repeated attempts to contact the customer service department to seek resolution and clarification have proved unfruitful, leaving me without assistance, or the prospect of a refund. Moreover I am perplexed as to why the parcel was left in a location not specified by me, as no such instruction was provided on my account or conveyed to anyone involved in the delivery process.
In light of the circumstances, and in accordance with Section 51 of the Consumers Rights Act 2015, I hereby formally request a full refund for my order.

Default clothing
My clothes arrived but the letters were stretched out & peeling off one of my pants dont even say PRETTYLITTLETHING anymore its very disappointing because I actually like this brand im trying to get a refund but the customer service is TERRIBLE i dont have access to the account because I forgot the email I used for it I have proof of my order because Im paying it off with after pay I dont think its fair Im paying for default clothing! They keep telling me to return my clothing but I dont have the order id or the email to the account I dont know how to return they clothing they customer service is no help at all I would like my refund ASAP, im so dissatisfied & will NOT be ordering from here ever again!

Sent wrong item
They did not solve the issue just told me to keep my eye on deals for next time. They also tried telling me the item I purchased wasn’t on sale and I paid full price so I had to respond showing otherwise. In the end they just told me to send the item back and get refunded which I tried to avoid by reaching out to them personally so I am not satisfied with the support provided.
